Responsibilities of Regulatory Committee –

  1. To consider and approve proposals/projects/undertakings worth more than Rs. 5 crore under CSR.
  2. To review the policy matters proposed by the Regulatory Committee regarding CSR funds and projects for the development of healthcare services and provide them with necessary guidance and final approval.
  3. To resolve problems arising during the implementation of CSR funds and projects and suggest solutions.
  4. To review and monitor the projects and activities implemented under CSR from time to time by the Regulatory Committee and provide appropriate guidance as required.
  5. Reviewing impact assessment reports of CSR projects and initiatives and taking strategic decisions about useful projects based on the findings.

Responsibilities of Execution Committee –

Chairman:

  1. To prepare a necessary plan for the management and coordination of health-related CSR initiatives.
  2. To approve projects up to Rs. 5 crore under CSR after scrutinizing the applications and actions taken by the State Level Coordination Officer.
  3. Review and approve the Statement of Purpose and Methodology prepared by the State Level Coordination Officer.
  4. To facilitate the implementation of CSR activities, to ensure effective coordination with the health officers of the concerned Directorate, District/Taluka/Municipal/Regional Offices as well as other competent elements of the public health system.
  5. The proposals received from the District Health Officer and District Surgeon at the district level will be subject to the approval of the Executive Committee. With the approval of the Executive Committee.
  6. Analyze baseline, midline and end-line metrics to assess the impact of CSR initiatives, prepare necessary reports and maintain proper records.
  7. To monitor the implementation of CSR matters and suggest necessary improvements.
  8. To guide various companies that have shown willingness to support health-related initiatives to submit “Request for Support” proposals.
  9. To evaluate the progress of initiatives and projects from time to time according to the determined indicators.
